Pinky Patel

Pinky is an avid photographer and a passionate storyteller. With advanced degrees and training in global health and communications, Pinky has more than 13 years of experience developing and implementing communication strategies for organizations including USAID, CORE Group, Johns Hopkins, mothers2mothers, Pfizer, and the Charleston City Paper. She currently serves as the Global Health Communications Manager at the United Nations Foundation. Pinky holds an undergraduate degree from the College of Charleston and a Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Pinky truly believes that everyone’s story deserves to be heard, and she is determined to help share the stories of the most vulnerable and marginalized people across the world—whether by spoken word, print or a picture that’s worth a thousand words
