Emily Ross

Emily Ross is the UN Foundation’s Director of UN Relations and Partnerships and a member of the New York Office leadership team. In this capacity, Emily manages Foundation relationships, partnerships, and strategic initiatives with the United Nations system and provides leadership on the Foundation’s support of the UN. Areas of focus include UN-led multi-stakeholder initiatives and public-private partnerships that drive implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals. She has worked extensively on issues including international affairs, UN policy and sustainable development, and across functions such as partnerships, strategy development, strategic communications, and global events. Prior to working at the UN Foundation, Emily earned her Master’s degree in International Relations at King’s College London, where she wrote her dissertation on post-Cold War UN peace operations. Emily received her undergraduate degree from Providence College, where she majored in Political Science and spent semesters in London and Washington, D.C., focusing on Eastern European politics and U.S. foreign policy
