This event will feature a discussion on a paper produced by CIPPEC´s Monitoring and Evaluation program, which focuses on open data on three levels: inside countries, between subnational governments; between these and national governments; and comparing Latin America with Canada, as an exemplary case.
The event aims to stimulate knowledge on open data publishing standards and improvement strategies, and promote a strategic alliance in the Global South for open data standardization.
