The Secretary-General operates within a system where authority is shared and constrained by geopolitical realities. Leadership often depends on judgment — knowing when to speak publicly, when to negotiate quietly, and how to keep cooperation alive when interests diverge. International affairs experts, policymakers, and young leaders will unpack how judgment is exercised in practice.
