The High-level Conference on the Situation of Rohingya Muslims and Other Minorities in Myanmar in the Form of a One-Day High-level Plenary Meeting of the General Assembly

Pursuant to General Assembly resolution A/RES/79/278, the President of the General Assembly of the United Nations will convene a High-level Conference on the Situation of Rohingya Muslims and Other Minorities in Myanmar. The objectives are to mobilize political support, sustain international attention on the crisis, review the overall crisis and address its root causes, and share perspectives on the situation on the ground to propose a comprehensive, innovative, and concrete plan for a sustainable resolution of the crisis.
