Consultant, Adaptation and Resilience
Pan Ei Ei Phyoe is a climate and water specialist focusing on adaptation, resilience, and water governance. She is a DPhil researcher at the University of Oxford, examining how climate services can strengthen water resource management in River Basins. Before joining the United Nations Foundation as a Climate Adaptation and Resilience Consultant, she supported the UNFCCC COP 28 and UNCCD COP 16 Presidencies in shaping global agendas on climate, drought, and water.
