Pablo Angulo-Troconis

Pablo is Director of Policy and Stakeholder Engagement at the United Nations Foundation’s New York Office. In this role, he supports the organization’s work on AI policy and digital cooperation and builds relationships with Member States and the United Nations to help shape the Foundation’s policy priorities. Previously, Pablo led advocacy efforts at the Aspen Institute’s Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs. Before that, he held multiple roles at the World Federation of United Nations Associations, where he worked to advance accountability and transparency in the Security Council, support implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, and strengthen the participation of young people in the United Nations. Pablo also advises non-governmental organizations on advocacy strategies with multilateral institutions. He holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University in New York City and a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the Universidad de Los Andes in his home country of Venezuela.
