Christina Borst is the Social Media Officer for the Public Affairs Team at the United Nations Foundation, leading the development of engaging social content across a range of the UN’s priority issues. Prior to joining the Foundation, Christina served as associate strategist at Philadelphia-based agency Sage Communications, working closely with nonprofits, public agencies, philanthropies, and other social good organizations to help them tell their stories and build healthier, more equitable communities. An award-winning social impact communications professional, she has invaluable in-house and agency experience in public relations, campaign development, and political and communications strategy, including with Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania, Ceisler Media and Issue Advocacy, and L’Osservatorio Research Centre in Rome, Italy. She has sat on the boards of political youth organizations at the local, state, and national levels. Christina is a proud alumna of Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication, where she earned her B.A. in strategic communication and political science and her certificate in social science research.
