Megan Roberts is the former Director of Policy Planning at the United Nations Foundation (UNF), where she managed the foundation’s policy work, with a particular focus on major trends and forces shaping the future of multilateral cooperation. She was the foundation’s policy lead on digital and emerging technologies and also has extensive experience on international peace and security and peace operations.
Prior to joining UNF, she served as the Associate Director for the International Institutions and Global Governance program at the Council on Foreign Relations and held positions at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems and the Center on International Cooperation at New York University. She was an associate tech policy fellow with the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change in 2021-2022.
Megan holds a master’s degree in global affairs from New York University and undergraduate degrees in finance and political science. She lives in Takoma Park, Maryland, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
