Chief People Officer
Leslie serves as the Chief People Officer responsible for connecting talent to organizational strategy. In this role she leads the Foundation’s work on organizational culture, workforce equity, diversity and inclusion, talent acquisition and development, real estate, and facilities management.
Leslie brings over 25 years of human resource and administrative experience in building and enhancing corporate, international, environmental, and social justice organizations. Most recently she held the role of Vice President of People & Culture at UN Foundation. Prior to joining UN Foundation, Leslie held several leadership roles where she was responsible for leading, designing and managing organizational change, workforce planning, equity and diversity initiatives, employee engagement training and talent management programs.
