With support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the UN Department of Public Information, the UN Foundation hosted a group of journalists in New York ahead of the UN General Assembly (UNGA), the largest annual gathering of heads of state and ministers in the world. The fellows participated in three days of on- and off-the-record briefings, roundtables, and conversations with experts and high-level officials. with a special focus on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and climate change. The fellows also had access to the 2012 Social Good Summit.
