The Universal Access Project (UAP) hosted a group of journalists at the 2019 International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD) in Nairobi. The journalists had the opportunity to interview and hear from heads of state, ministers, and parliamentarians. They also heard from experts outside of government, as well as civil society and grassroots organizers, young people, business and community leaders, faith-based organizations, Indigenous peoples, international financial institutions, people with disabilities, academics and others pursuing sexual and reproductive health and rights.
