With 78 recently appointed experts working to refine the Global Goal on Adaptation (GGA) indicators and the recently approved IPCC Seventh Assessment Cycle, this COP 29 side event will bring together experts involved in the UNFCCC process and IPCC bureau members to discuss points of alignment and connect adaptation frameworks to IPCC science, with a focus on food, water, and health.
