Hosted by the UN Foundation, World Resources Institute, and the International Alliance to Combat Ocean Acidification in collaboration with the High-Level Panel for a Sustainable Ocean Economy, this side event at COP 29 will build on the leadership of the United States’ release of the U.S. National Ocean Acidification Action Plan. Additionally, this event will showcase the work of the National OA Action Planning Leadership Circle and their efforts to incorporate ocean acidification science and mitigation and adaptation aspects across mainstream policy documents.
