On September 20, 2023, the General Assembly will convene the second High-Level Dialogue on Financing for Development (HLD-FFD) since the adoption of the Addis Ababa Action Agenda. The HLD-FFD is the main platform for reviewing and monitoring the financing and means of implementation of the 2030 Agenda.
The co-facilitators of the 2023 HLD-FFD, the Permanent Representatives of South Africa and Luxembourg to the UN, will hold a consultation with Member States regarding the possible scope, format and programme of the dialogue. The outcomes of this consultation will inform the thematic content and draft programme for the HLD-FFD.
