Shruti Ambast joined the Centre for Budget and Governance Accountability as a Policy Analyst in September 2019. She is currently working on issues of public finance in the nutrition sector. She has previously conducted research on education, human rights, gender and labour at think tanks like Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy and CUTS International. She has also worked as a Fellow with Teach for India. Shruti studied Economics at Hindu College, Delhi University and completed her Masters in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University.
