Rick Parnell served as the Chief Operating Officer of the United Nations Foundation and Better World Fund until October 2017. In partnership with the President and CEO and the Foundation’s board, he worked to develop the Foundation-wide strategy, leads all aspects of the Foundation’s operations, including finance, business services, budgeting, HR, administration, fundraising, and board relations, and managed staff.
