2019-2020 Ford Fellow / Global Health Policy
Isabela Bumanlag is a 2019-2020 Ford Fellow working on global health policy in the UN Foundation DC office. A recent graduate of Stanford University, she studied epidemiology and human biology. She is interested in the impact of development and the rule of law on health systems and health outcomes. Previously, Isabela wrote for the Stanford Daily and conducted independent field research in Manila.
