Hannah Smalley

Hannah Smalley is the Coordinator for Women, Girls, and Population at the United Nations Foundation. In this role, she assists the Foundation’s leadership in ensuring that gender integration and equality is taken into account throughout all of the Foundation’s initiatives. Hannah came to the Foundation from Generation Ubuntu (GenU), an NGO dedicated to improving the lives of children and teens living with HIV in the townships of South Africa, where she served as their the Communications Coordinator. Prior to GenU, she served as Global Health Corps Fellow in the 2012-2013 cohort, spending her fellowship year in New York City, with Single Stop USA as their Policy Assistant. Hannah graduated from Tulane University with a BA in International Development and Sociology.
