Senior Director, Fundraising Strategy and Engagement
Ikoie Norman is Senior Director, Fundraising Strategy and Engagement at the United Nations Foundation. She joins the team with more than 20 years of business strategy and development experience.
Ikoie has built a solid track record of establishing strong relationships to generate and develop new business partnerships and executing process improvement endeavors. In her role, she also develops effective stewardship strategies for all donor groups and is responsible for enhancing, establishing, and administering initiatives designed to achieve short and long-range advancements in middle and major donor fundraising.
Prior to joining United Nations Foundation, Ikoie was Implementation Director for a large non-profit organization where she developed and oversaw the implementation of Salesforce and training programs to onboard corporate partners to the digital fundraising and employee engagement platform in North America.
Ikoie earned her MBA in Performance Management from Dallas Baptist University and her BA in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University.
