Mandy Sugrue is a strategic advisor and communications consultant for the UN Foundation. She provides strategic counsel and creative direction to leadership on communications initiatives focused on global health, ICT4D, and girls and women’s empowerment. She currently manages UNF's communications on mHealth and the Ebola outbreak response. Her portfolio includes digital communications and strategy, management of the knowledge sharing and information dissemination activities to drive capacity building efforts, and planning and facilitating workshops. Prior to joining the UN Foundation, she worked on the digital team at Fenton Communications, designing and implementing online and communications strategies for public interest organizations, such as the Ford Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
