Eleanor Carey is the Technical Manager for Data2X, hosted at the UN Foundation. She holds MSc degrees in Social Research Methods and Statistics, and Poverty and Development from the University of Manchester in the UK. She joined Data2X after a 2 year ODI Fellowship with Ghana Statistical Service and has previously held project management positions in the private and not for profit sectors.
